I’ve been playing around with CGI Studio and am trying to create a new design. I was wondering whether there is a possibility to create designs (or even 3D models) directly in your tool by myself. So far I haven’t really figured it out, can you please help me here?
Hello,
Yes, CGI Studio allows you to create and build your UI using the available nodes and components.
You can create scenes and designs using the available tools and properties in CGI Studio.
For a fast prototyping you can use the predefined 3D shapes in the Toolbox. For 2D you can use solidColorNodes to create a square or MVG nodes to create more complex nodes.
For 2D or 3D designs, you can also use external tools such as Figma or Blender and import the required assets into CGI Studio.
For 2D designs, you can create the required design in Figma and import the elements using the Smart Importer.
For 3D models, you can create the model in Blender, export it as FBX, and then import it into CGI Studio.
After importing the assets, you can arrange and configure them in your scene and add the required interactions and functionality.
Hope this helps!
